Of course I'd include a bookkeeping business as a simulation. Betty opened a new bookkeeping business and she hired you to do her bookkeeping for 2 months and enter 56 business transactions.
The simulation includes 2 versions, a manual bookkeeping system and an automated bookkeeping system. By providing both simulations. I tried to demonstrate how using an automated system is a no-brainer and the way to go.
